    Does Farol take a commission on bookings?

    No. You pay a flat plan price; the bookings you receive carry no percentage fee.

    Do I have to use everything at once?

    No. Start with scheduling and switch on team management, CRM or AI when it makes sense.

    Does the AI change things on its own?

    Never. The assistant proposes and a person with permission approves. Every workspace has a switch to turn it off instantly.

    Where is my clients' data stored?

    The application database is hosted in the EU region (Ireland). AI features rely on external model providers, described in the privacy policy.

    Can I bring the data I already have?

    Yes. The import shows a preview with duplicates flagged, and nothing is saved without your confirmation.

    Does Farol issue certified invoices?

    No. Invoices still come from your certified invoicing software. A connection between Farol and certified software is in preparation.
