Catalogue and enrolment
Courses are published on a public page. People enrol without creating an account, and give their consent in the form.

Payments

How do I start with Farol Academy?
Create your account in the app, choose the Starter, Pro or Enterprise plan and add Farol Academy at the band that fits your enrolments. Above 12,000 enrolments a year, talk to us.
Do learners need to create an account?
No. They enrol through the public catalogue and give their consent in the form. The team approves the enrolment or keeps them on the waitlist.
Can learners pay online?
No. Learners pay by bank transfer directly to your organisation — a deposit, instalments or the balance. Farol records what was paid and does not issue invoices.
Does it include e-learning or video courses?
No. Academy organises in-person sessions with trainer and room, attendance, private materials and certificates.
How is the enrolment limit counted?
Each enrolment confirmed in the last 12 months counts. If you go over the limit, we let you know and suggest moving up a band — no enrolment is ever refused.
Is it the same as HR Training?
No. HR Training is for your own team, inside the HR add-on. Academy is for selling training to external people.
