How many holiday days for someone who joined mid-year?

Two working days per complete month of contract that year, up to 20 working days (Art. 239(1)). They may be taken after six complete months of contract.

Do public holidays count as holiday days?

No. Holidays are counted in working days, and public holidays are not working days. A public holiday falling on a weekend does not add days.

What if the clinic grants more days than the law requires?

Add them in the extra days field. The breakdown keeps statutory entitlement separate from what the employer grants.

Does this cover collective agreements?

No. It applies the general rule of the Labour Code. Where a collective agreement applies, the rules may be more favourable.
