Learner data and payments
Enrolments keep the consent given in the form, and learner data has role-based access in a database hosted in the European Union.
Learners pay by bank transfer directly to your organisation; Farol records deposit, instalments and balance, does not process payments and does not issue invoices. Academy does not include e-learning or the preparation of accreditation files.

Questions
Is there a commission on enrolments?
No. The price is per organisation, based on confirmed enrolments per year, with no commission per enrolment.
Can I use it already?
Yes. Farol Academy is available as an add-on to the Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans; you can start in the app. The calendar, client records and online booking are already available too.
Do learners pay online?
No. They pay by bank transfer directly to your organisation — a deposit, instalments or the balance — and Farol records what was paid. Farol does not issue invoices.
